SugarCRM can be deployed On-Demand (on our servers) or On-Site (inside your firewall). SugarCRMTM is an Open Source software which offers three editions: Sugar COMMUNITY EDITION, which can be freely downloaded and used; SUGARCRM PROFESSIONAL, which provides advanced CRM functionality for small and medium-sized businesses; and SUGARCRM ENTERPRISE that offers the functionality and support needed for the most demanding enterprises. These commercial editions, even keeping the source code open and changeable, imply a yearly subscription fee which garantees both the updates and the new editions.  Here below the differences between product edistions..
