Opensymbol, in cooperation with Zurich Insurance Company, has created a new open source platform, called Zurich Agency Dashboard (ZAD), based on SugarCRM Commercial Edition that:

  1. Connects the marketing & sales processes of the central administration to the network of agencies;

  2. Offers a single platform to manage customers  and prospect in terms of  marketing and sales.
